The circular design provides higher ceilings and gives the whole area a feeling of spaciousness. Externally, there is a raised terrace, accessed through the living room with a partially covered section to provide shade.

UPPER LEVEL
A half section of additional stairs leads to a dining area and the fully equipped kitchen, with a large American fridge, oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Double corner sink, large cupboards and granite counter tops, including a small area overlooking the living room that is currently used as a two-seater breakfast bar. Behind the kitchen is another corridor leading to a third single bedroom, dry goods pantry and small living room with toilets, sinks and waste bins.

OUTSIDE
There is a separate garage incorporating a small work area with washing machine and toilet, plus additional parking areas nearby. There are 2 separate water tanks, which store 7000 litres of water to service all the supply points. Close to the swimming pool there is a small pump room with a filtration system and a covered area with a gas barbecue and a recreational area. The water returning to the pool passes through a piping system that provides solar water heating, helping to extend the swimming season.
